At Streamed Solutions Limited, the operators of where2stay.co.uk we are committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations. This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of Where2Stay.co.uk; it does not apply to other online or offline Streamed Solutions Limited sites, products or services. Collecting your Personal Information

Generally, this information is requested when you are registering before entering a contest, ordering e-mail newsletters, joining a limited-access premium site, signing up for an event, or when purchasing and registering Streamed Solutions Limited products. Where2Stay.co.uk occasionally allows other companies to offer our registered customers information about their products and services, using postal mail only. If you do not want to receive these offers, you should uncheck the box in the Contact Options section in the My Profile stating, "Streamed Solutions Limited partners can send me postal mail about their services or products."

Streamed Solutions Limited may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

Access to your Personal Information

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time at the My Profile section. You can:

	View and edit personal information you have already given us at where2stay.co.uk
	Tell us whether you want Streamed Solutions Limited to send you marketing information.
	Choose whether you want third parties to send you their offers by postal mail.
	Subscribe, or cancel subscriptions, to newsletters about our services and products.

Security of your Personal Information

Streamed Solutions Limited strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Use of Cookies

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, Streamed Solutions Limited collects site-visitation statistics using cookies. We only use this information in aggregated form and only use site-visitation statistics for improving our site.

When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer's machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.

Web beacons, also known as clear gif technology, or action tags, assist in delivering the cookie. This technology tells us how many visitors clicked on key elements (such as links or graphics) on a Streamed Solutions Limited Web page. We do not use this technology to access your personally identifiable information on Streamed Solutions Limited; it is a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about Where2Stay.co.uk Web site usage.
